Booking at Calmababy is easy!
We understand family life is busy, which is why we make booking at Calmababy a simple process. There is high demand for our baby and toddler classes and courses, so if you cannot find what you are looking for in our Timetable, please contact us. Our step-by-step booking process.
1: Register with us
Register with us to set up an account, or contact the Centre and we will create one for you. We love meeting new families, so why not pop down for a coffee? We can discuss your requirements face-to-face, and introduce you to the Centre and its first-class facilities.
2: Book your space
Swimming Classes:
New spaces in our swimming classes are arranged with us directly, they cannot be booked online. We run five back-to-back 10-week swimming terms per year, please contact us if you’d like to join our swim program. Subject to available space, you can start swimming with your child at any point during a term.
If we cannot find you a suitable swimming spaces straight away, we will place you on our contact list. Throughout the year and during swimming renewals, we contact customers with available swimming spaces which are offered on a first-come first-served basis.
All Other Classes:
All other classes and courses can be booked directly through the Calmababy App. You can download the App using the links below or click ‘Get the App’ in the top right-hand corner of our website. We can generally find space immediately or within a few weeks of your enquiry.
3: Make payment
Payment is due upon booking to secure your space in all our classes.
Swimming Classes:
Once we have offered you a space in a Baby Swimming or Toddler Swimming class, our friendly team will take payment in advance for the term and confirm your booking.
All Other Classes:
Aquanatal Yoga & Pregnancy Yoga – purchase single classes, or 5 and 10 class passes and book using our App on an ongoing basis.
Courses including Baby Massage, Baby Yoga & Coffee Cake & Coping – purchase and book these courses using our App.
Developmental Play & Baby Balance – book and pay weekly using our App.
4: Manage your booking
Manage your account and bookings via the Calmababy App. Cancel and re-arrange classes with a single tap (terms apply), and gain access to other services and special offers.
5: Enjoy!
Enjoy our fantastic classes, warm and family-friendly atmosphere, the first-class facilities and the delicious cake from Selina’s cafe.
