A guide to the Calmababy App
The Calmababy App is free to download and helps you manage your account and bookings, make payments, receive vital notifications and keep up to date with news from the Centre.

Download the free Calmababy App from the Apple or Google Play store.
Create an Account
Please register with us to create an account, contact the Centre, or use the App. You can create an App profile using your email or an Apple, Google, or Facebook account.
Log In
We use Mindbody software for our client management and branded apps. Your username is the email address used to create the account or your Apple, Google or Facebook login (if made using the App). Passwords are initially set or reset via the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the App login screen.
To view your account and bookings, you need a verified Mindbody account. Our software automatically verifies profiles created using our App.
Accounts created via the register with us page or by our team require verification. Please use the ‘Forgot Password’ email link to set your password. The software verifies your account once your setup is complete. Alternatively, visit the Mindbody Account site and verify your profile using the ‘Places You Go’ section. Your Profile
Once you have verified and logged into your account, the Profile screen in the App shows your current schedule, passes and wallet. To change your details, password or email address, tap the Edit button at the top right of the screen or log in here.

Booking Classes
Swimming
Booking new swim spaces is arranged in advance. You must swim in the current term to schedule classes or arrange make-ups using our App. Unused swim credits must be available in your profile to book swimming classes or make-ups. For each class, the main class screen shows available spots in the class.
Other Classes & Courses
You can book and pay for all other classes and courses using our App. Please note: if you purchase pricing options via ‘Buy’, you must go to the relevant class or course and book your space.
Troubleshooting
Here are some of the common problems we find.
- The user logged in to the account but cannot see their bookings or passes. Please read the Mindbody support guide.
- Caching issues with the Android app; a user can log in but can’t view the schedule to book classes. To fix this issue, please clear the data and cache in your phone’s General Settings menu.
- A user with duplicate accounts or has their email address used in multiple profiles. Contact us if you need help logging in or can log in but can’t see any booking information, as this may be the issue. Unverified Mindbody accounts can also cause this problem (see above).
- Older versions of the App can cause several issues. Please ensure you always have the latest versions of the Calmababy App from Apple and Google Play App Stores.
