Aquanatal classes are excellent for both swimmers and non-swimmers, especially those suffering from pregnancy pains such as pelvic discomfort, backache and SPD. Classes take place in our purpose-built swimming pool in Peterborough.
Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise you can do while pregnant. Practised in a safe and gentle manner, pregnancy yoga keeps you flexible, strong and prepares you for the birth of your baby. Our yoga classes present an opportunity to socialise with other pregnant women in a calm, welcoming space. Pregnancy yoga classes are held in our comfortable studio space in Peterborough.
Our baby massage classes are designed to formulate an unspoken connection between you and your baby. Baby massage is commonly recognized as one of the best things you can do with your baby to promote healthy development and bonding. Our teachers are all qualified with the International Association of Infant Massage.
Practised alone or as a follow on from baby massage, baby yoga helps your baby develop physically and socially. Yoga babies are bright, happy little people who love the movement and singing involved in every class. Aimed at the developmental milestones of rolling, sitting and crawling the class is suitable for babies aged four months onwards.
Our fabulous postnatal team has developed a group especially for postnatal mothers called Coffee, Cake & Coping! It is designed to offer you space to slow down, a little support for life with your new baby, and oodles of delicious and deserved cakey goodness!
Our bespoke Developmental Play Program is for children who are walking to under four years of age. These fantastic sessions are designed and led by our fully qualified developmental play practitioners and help contribute to the overall healthy development of children.
Children will love moving, climbing, discovering, learning, and exploring at Baby Balance. This session is designed to meet the needs of the newly mobile baby. We created it to fit perfectly in the small time window between finishing Baby Yoga and starting Developmental Play. The time when babies need to explore freely and not be constrained by structure or teacher and parent-led activities.
Our Tummy Time workshops help you understand why tummy time is essential for your baby’s development. Learn the benefits, when to start and for how long and what to do if your baby gets upset. The sessions are designed to demystify tummy time by offering simple, usable ideas and tips for you to try.
