Introducing Sunday Sanctuary – a yoga, meditation and well-being retreat
Elevate your well-being with the Calmabody Sunday Sanctuary, where every moment is dedicated to your inner peace, harmony and wellbeing. Join us for a rejuvenating afternoon of Hatha Yoga, Reiki with Yin Yoga and Meditation, buffet & refreshments and a candlelit floating sound bath.
The experience runs on Sunday afternoon’s from 1:30pm until 6:30pm and costs £90 per person, including a buffet lunch and Selina’s cake. Our current sanctuary dates are:

- Sunday 21 July
- Sunday 10 November
- Sunday 22 December
What to expect:
- Relax, reduce stress and enhance your overall well-being with Hatha Yoga
- A delicious buffet lunch including the famous Selina’s handmade cake!
- Yin, Meditation or Reiki (depending on the teacher)
- A Relaxing Sound Flotation Bath with Crystal Pipes
And finally, you’ll experience the ultimate relaxation with our exclusive Floating Sound Vibration. You’ll float in our private, toasty warm 34˚ heated swimming pool, surrounded by candlelight and accompanied by gentle sounds and the vibrations from crystal celestial pipes.
