Being in water whilst pregnant offers a sense of calmness and relaxation. The water supports the mother’s body and her growing baby enabling stretching and exercise in ways that cannot be achieved on land.
Aquanatal classes are excellent for swimmers and non-swimmers alike and especially those suffering from pregnancy pains such as pelvic discomfort, backache and SPD. Our classes take place in our purpose-built swimming pool in Peterborough, and are taught by professionals in baby development.

Calmababy’s Gentle Childbirth Workshop aims to guide you with the process of giving natural birth. It includes all you need to know to feel informed and the knowledge of how to relax and be prepared for the birth of your baby.
