Your baby is truly amazing and deserves to be celebrated.

At Calmababy we celebrate babies by recognizing their unique capabilities and individual needs. Through our classes and workshops we offer the opportunity to share time with your baby, learning about them, understanding their language and bonding on a deeper level. We do this by teaching from the baby’s perspective, not by advising you what to do.  This sharing of knowledge in current research enables you to accurately understand your new baby and then make your own choices about how best to care for them.

  • Newborn Swimming

    These sessions are designed to allow you and your baby the time and space to simply enjoy the blissful experience of floating and bonding. The sessions are the perfect introduction to water, laying down positive foundations that lead onto and prepare for baby swimming classes. Babies feed well and sleep wonderfully after a session in the water and parent’s confidence in handling their newborn is improved.

  • Baby Yoga

    Practised alone or as a follow on from baby massage, baby yoga helps your baby develop physically and socially. Yoga babies are bright, happy little people who love the movement and singing involved in every class. Aimed at the developmental milestones of rolling, sitting and crawling the class is suitable for babies aged three months onwards.
